ABOUT US
Jaime and Gerina are a happy couple who started operations ten years ago focusing on car washing. Over time, and given many recommendations and requests, they decided to offer car rental services primarily focused on visitors outside the island.
Racing Rent a Car was founded with the mission of providing comprehensive transportation and car care solutions on the beautiful island of Roatán. With over a decade of experience, we have established ourselves as the trusted company for both visitors looking to explore every corner of the island and local residents in need of quality automotive services.
Strategically located near The Roatán Airport and ferries (Dream Ferries and Galaxy Wave), our local team knows every road, every beach, and every special destination on the island. We work with transparency and quality to make every experience with Racing Rent a Car one of the best memories of your Roatán adventure.
LOCATED IN ROATAN
We, Racing Rent a Car & Car Wash, are located in Roatán, a Caribbean jewel in Honduras that boasts some of the world's most spectacular beaches. This island paradise is part of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, the second-largest coral reef system in the world, offering crystal-clear turquoise waters from West Bay Beach, often considered one of the best beaches in the Caribbean and Central America, to the tranquil shores of Camp Bay and Little French Key. Each beach offers its own unique character: from the vibrant nightlife and restaurants of West End to the pristine serenity of Camp Bay, where only the sound of waves accompanies your relaxation. Whether you're visiting Roatan for diving adventures, cultural experiences, or simply to unwind on world-class beaches, the island's diverse destinations await your discovery
Roatán's true magic unfolds when you have the freedom to explore beyond traditional tourist destinations at your own pace. From Gumbalimba Park's eco-adventures and wildlife encounters to chocolate and rum cake factories, scenic viewpoints in the mountains, and authentic Garifuna fishing communities along the eastern coast, each destination tells its own story.
